Vaux is a gateway site in Sunderland City Centre and will include office, retail, residential and leisure uses. Central to the plans for phase one is The Beam, a 60,000 sq ft office building which is now under construction at the heart of the 5.5 hectacre site and will be ready for occupation in May 2018.
